The Best Travel Admonition!

“Travel safely and with Reckless Abandon!” That was a text we got from my dad a few years ago while we were on a road trip in the US. It still makes us smile!

I am, as usual and not at all surprisingly, behind on blog posts – but I am working on them and will be sending a bunch out here shortly because we go back on the road again in a few weeks!

When the boat broke down the nice lady from England exclaimed "oh goody, an adventure!" That changed the possible problem into a great story and improved attitudes. It has become the motto for our travels. We hope you enjoy the stories as much as we enjoyed the adventure.
